WHAT:
The Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties 5k Remembrance Walk/Run offers families and friends an opportunity to honor the memory of a loved one and raise funds to support patient care and services. These include community-wide grief counseling; complementary therapies such as music, art and massage; and financial assistance for patients unable to pay for their care.

Net proceeds benefit patient care and services at Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties.

WHEN:
Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021
Registration begins at 8:30am on Saturday, August 28. Walk begins at 10am.
Also during this time, memory walk signs will be displayed along the path for viewing purposes.

PRICING:
• Individual Walker: $25
• Youth Walker (Age 12 and under): $10
• Active Military or Veteran: $20
• Memory Walk Sign: $20

• Awards will be given to top team and individual to raise the most money.
• Please register by Tuesday, August 10, 2021 to guarantee a t shirt.
