WHAT:
The Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties 5k Remembrance Walk/Run offers families and friends an opportunity to honor the memory of a loved one and raise funds to support patient care and services. These include community-wide grief counseling; complementary therapies such as music, art and massage; and financial assistance for patients unable to pay for their care.

WHEN:
Saturday, Aug. 27, 2022
Registration begins at 8:30 am on Saturday, August 27.
Walk begins at 10 am. T-shirts will be available for pick up at North Park (195 Tamarack Trail, Springboro, OH 45066), from 8:30 am to 1 pm. Also during this time, memory walk signs will be displayed along the path for viewing purposes.

• Individual Walker: $25
• Youth Walker (Age 12 and under): $15
• Active Military or Veteran: $20
• Memory Walk Sign: $20 

DETAILS:
• Please register by Tuesday, August 9, 2022 to guarantee a T-shirt. 
• Although this walk/run has been professionally timed in the past, it will no longer be professionally timed.
